Return Policy – Marly Design
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after receipt of the product. The product must be received by us no later than 14 days after submitting the return request.
Important: The right of withdrawal only applies if you have correctly requested the return via our contact form. Products returned without prior notification may be refused or not refunded.

3. Return procedure

Submit a return request via the contact page with your order number and product details.

After approval, you will receive written instructions and the return address.

Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Products that are not returned according to the procedure will not be accepted.
4. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection, the purchase amount excluding return costs will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Only products received undamaged, unused, and complete are eligible.
5. Defective or incorrectly delivered products
If the product is defective or does not match your order, submit a return request immediately via the contact page. In this case, the return costs are on us and you will receive a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. General terms for returns

Products that are not returned correctly or are damaged may be refused.

Products that do not arrive at our location within 14 days of the return request are not eligible for a refund.
